In the last week 'residents' of Cogenhoe received leaked information that their site was due to close. The owners of Billing and Cogenhoe, Meadow Bay Villages, then scrambled to respond and put out the following statement via the press https://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/business/holiday-park-near-northampton-could-close-down-soon-as-owners-deeply-concerned-about-flood-risk-4907623 - (Holidays Parks Uncovered had previously been in touch with this journalist regarding the misrepresentation at Billing and Cogenhoe, license breaches and Meadow Bay's conduct, as well as two ongoing court cases against previous employee Stuart Shanks and Pure Leisure, however the 'journalist' for some reason, did not see fit to run the story...Hmmm...).

However a recent statement by the infamous miss seller and alleged money launderer Stuart Shanks has shed new light on the truth behind the closure.

In the below statement on the facebook group (Founded by Shanks that facilitated miss selling and owners living on site full time at Cogenhoe, against the council licenses and site license) the disgruntled former Meadow Bay employee, 'blows the whistle' on Meadow Bays true motives behind the closure. (It is important to note Shanks indirectly and incorrectly points to Whistleblowing law included in the employment rights act of 1996, which he seems to believe protects him here and does not breach his NDA signed with Meadow Bay when he was let go).

We have reached out to Meadow Bay for comment on the validity of these statements, as well as Mr Shanks' new employer at Foxhunter Park.
